|Here is a list of music
available to download through the websphere. It is by act
name approximately in order of physical manifestation (as
physical as music can be), in other words when the acts appeared as
recording artists. We admit to shoddy record keeping so are presenting
these as is, if you have any problems.... well i'm sure at some point
we will have a complaints department :)

Overview label sites are -
-------------------oOo-------------------Donuts Inc ;
a three piece "apocalyptic noise disco" ensemble based in Melbourne, Australia. Generally managed to alienate/shock at least 98% of people with their live brutal disco assault ;) existed possibly around 1994-98.
Of the 3 semi-official cassette releases, their last release, A Fistful of Doughnuts, is a collection of home recordings which reflects a wider diversity than their live performances.
SS Spanky ;
a solo electronic act. Existent roughly between 1995 - 1999. Generally characterised by emphasis on repetitive melodic content with noises reminiscent of critters - or something.
the abbreviation SS was intially thought to be for Steam Ship Spanky, to conjoin imagery suggesting archaic technology (crudely industrial) and small furry animals with big knives. the SS was later expanded to incorporate other technological and emotive descriptors.
ON, a compilation of tracks.
tracks that appear on commercial releases through the Clan Analogue label.
dogs dinner/antstread appears on PreSense : a convergence of Southern Harmonic waves.
Grubbing for Truffles as performed by Soft Spoken Spanky appears on Habitat.
Whilst a remix, (Dirty Nostrils Remix), by Apell appears on Recognition: The Clan Analogue Legacy Collection.
Captains of Industry ;
a two piece that sprung from the ashes of the aformentioned Donuts Inc. Initially known as Red Flesh, it was formed to be noisier and more horrible !! This generally manifested in their live performances.
The release, GONE SOFT LP, is a conjoining of two EP's, CLEAN LIVING, and KITARO.
Amusingly enough, whilst a bit of a headtrip at times, it is indeed soft.
The track Miso, your food is here, also appears on the Clan Analogue Melbourne compilation, Sampled Synthesis 01.
THE SUB-ATOMIC ADVENTURES OF CAPTAIN ELECTRONIC, is a general indication of how one of their jams would go. The gear would be set up, record would be pressed on the cassette recorder, and after a while the tape would end ;)
Double Happiness (Surveillance Systems) ;
also known as Double Happiness. Inspired by minimalism and ambience as a concept rather than a genre. Ambient and gentle, soft and spacious.
IDYLLIC, features a live recording from the residency at the Resonance club in Melbourne, and studio performances of two other pieces written/performed at Resonance.

The track, de/inCH, also appears on the Clan Analogue Melbourne compilation, Sampled Synthesis 02.
KK Komputor ;
.1.1, was a semi minimalist endeavour - using the simple sequencer M running an Ensoniq ESQ-M sound module, no more than 4 voices, often only 1. An exploration of sound intricacies.

Positive Space ;
a solo disco influenced electronic act. With the purchase of a spanking 333mHz computer, the artist previously known as SS Spanky reworked his existence into the purely digital realm.
EUROPEAN DESIGN, also know as EUROPEAN STYLING.
among other things, some rather fine orchestral house.

TRANSPARENCY PROJECT, generally getting his disco a bit harder, and exploring wider pop aspects.

ELECTRIBE, repetitive minimal techno. Not that weird minimal techno you get with funny noises but that spacey minimal techno with funny noises :) It might not be minimal techno but it is something. Created around 2001 using an Electribe EM-1.

a dub project with numerous incarnations over the years. A live and loose conglomeration of instrumentation specialising in feel good sea-weed dancing DUB.
A Touch of the Infinite, Vol 01 ;
a compilation of Melbourne, Australia based bands. Delving from punk, to noise, to electronica, and a few other genre's that I don't know the name of - this compilation features it all.

Fluffy T. Bunny ;
a later incarnation of Positive Space. Not quite so disco influenced but showing a wider range of pop genres.
In Pretence of Culture EP, a bit of a ride through sub disco and glam pop.

Track 3, In defence of Imperialism, is performed by another side project ,This Corporate Militia, and also appears on the Clan Analogue Melbourne compilation, Sampled Synthesis 04.
Track 4, Symbols of Immdesty also appears in a nicely mastered version on the Clan Analgue compilation DeFocus : Low Res Productions.
Conflict Resolution in a state of Denial e.p.,
Remixes by, is straight forwardly enough a collection of remixes done of other acts.
The track Financial Advice, appears on the Clan Analogue Melbourne compilation, Sampled Synthesis 05.
The track Eat the Biscuits, just exists by itself :) it was a fun moment of electro-punk.
98 Biscotti ;
a short lived project, there are four tracks around but only one, Glass Full of Happiness available for download :) the EP was to be called Fear of Doing Nothing, but instead it appears on the Clan Analogue Melbourne compilation, Sampled Synthesis 06.
Los Angelos Dos Penetratos ;
dodgy spanish, dodgy improvised black metal with a latino influence. A work in progress, this two piece (guitar/drums) endeavours to grind all the metal out of their lives so they can focus on playing something silly and acoustic.
There is at this point, only one track not currently available - Swamp Stone Scar.
Edward Kelly ;
generally the "sound art" output of the individual as named. These have only been categorised into years rather than albums as such, and even then not very well.
020103 is best described as a mix of various tracks, a fairly un-DJ representation of DJ style performances of which were then regularly occurring. Generally these performance utilised 3 (or so) identical burnt CD's of material which were then layered/manipulated using 3 CD players (often DJ style with tempo/pitch change and sample/looping). 020103 was however created montage style using Steinberg Wavelab. It was finalised on 02 january 2003 - hence 02 01 03.
Used + Unused , a collection of pieces that came from the musical process of the collaboration with dancer Nareeporn Vachananda, opposite my house is a funeral parlour. The piece toured Australia in 2005-2006.
here is a general compilation of sorts
mono, was recorded perhaps around 2000. Using an Akai S700 sampler with an unworking quick-disk drive (no permanent storage), sequenced by Intelligent Systems software, M.
shadows do Not dwell ;
inspired by the receipt of Bathe in Shit as performed by Skullbong whilst in a state of world weariness, this project is a selection of fairly noisy/dirty tracks with answering ambience.
A challenge to apathy with a resurrection of faith.
